Customer Service was exemplary! My furnace quit working and it was very cold outside. Les sent Tim to my home immediately. Tim was very knowledgeable and had me fixed in no time. He even had all the parts In his van to fix my furnace. I Love these guys!!!!!!!!

I contacted Les at the Burlington location about a water leak inside my travel trailer. He was able to diagnose it over the phone, tell me what I should bring to the shop for the correct sizing and when I got to the shop he had the right parts on hand and gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it. When I got back to the campground it was an easy replacement, just like he said. I recommend Action RV and will use them again. Thanks Les!

Action RV is very deserving of it's 5 star rating. This past week we were preparing for a move when everything shut down in our RV. We were told by a dearlership to have a mobile technician come out since we couldn't even retract our slide-outs. After several fruitless attempts to find anyone we found these guys who were most helpful, talking us through steps over the phone to finally locate our problem. Their concern was very professional and courteous!

We were dry camping nearby and having an issue with our battery. We just showed up praying they could take a look at it for us, and they managed to squeeze us in somehow and get our rig straightened out. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Action RV went above and beyond what I expected. My hot water tank failed on Tuesday of this week. I know that all the RV repair companies are very busy this time of year, but Action RV fit me in today, Friday. The service gentleman Tony was some helpful and explained everything that he was doing. I though I was being a pest but he had no problems with me asking questions. It was really hard work for Tony to get the swollen water tank out of the 5th wheel but this man has many tricks up his sleeve. Tony I want to thank you for being kind to me and the education you gave me on many things on my 5th wheel. You are a gem among stones.

Action RV has come to my rescue twice now. First a year ago with a water heater issue in my new to me 2009 Majestic, and today with the fridge in that same unit. Both times I was treated fairly and respectfully by Les. The crew there went above and beyond to get my issues resolved in a time crunch as both times I was leaving in a matter of a couple days. I hope to not have any other issues with my unit, but if I ever do, Les at Action RV will be the one I will call.

I recently had a power issue with my camper and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called Action RV to see if I could get a mobile repair visit set up. They were unfortunately booked all week and I couldn't wait (temps were in the 30s and I live in my camper). Les was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the problem. Turns out that my power plug had zapped the neutral prong and needed to be replaced. Les had the part in stock and walked me through how to replace the plug- I'm certainly no electrician and was nervous. I was touched that he took the time to help me out when he was obviously quite busy at the shop.

We were traveling and discovered a problem on our 5th wheel when we arrived in Anacortes. Called in and Les scheduled a day for us to bring in our rig. Since we were living in the trailer, quick diagnosis and repair was important. The tech quickly found the problem and had us back on the road less than 8 hours later. After running out of propane, my water heater would not work. This happened on a Saturday night, wouldn't you know... and it's the end of October... UGG. Anyway, I called an RV shop and they told me I probably needed a new water heater. ***WHAA_HAAA HAA!***... Then I called Action RV and described the problem. He was familiar with the switches in my Big Sky Montana RV and within a minute the burner ignited and voilà! The water'll be hot soon and I'm a happy camper! THANKS ACTION!!!!

I would like to thank everyone for finding my interior water leak. It turned out to be my hot water heater. We were leaving our motorhome at our son's home during the winter months, and I asked that they order and fix all the parts needed and stop the leaking. I knew that getting a new hot water heater would be hard due to the virus, and told them my son had a key to the motorhome. When we returned in late April we had a new hot water heater, no leaks, and a smiling owner. I have found an honest repair shop and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone looking for repairs. Oh, folks, they came to my sons house to fix the motorhome, so we did not have to move it. WELL DONE GUYS.

We are in our Lance camper touring Washington for the summer. And yep on a freezing Saturday night the converter goes out. No power and no repair shops open on a Sunday. We look up services near us and liked the reviews that Action has. We called them first thing Monday morning explained our situation,they asked us to come right in. Two hours later we were all fixed and on the road. We can’t say enough about their service. Excellent! Friendly and caring company! Thanks Action!!

We contacted Les when our 5 year old fridge died in our Arctic Fox 5th wheel. We had used 1 week a year so 5 weeks total but when we were selling our home moved into it full time. I talked to Les on the phone and he helped me troubleshoot it and said to call back with results which we did, it had to be repaired (if possible) or replaced. Since we needed to be sure we opted for replacement. This is where the top notch customer service comes in. He searched high and low for a new Norcold fridge for us and finally found 1 (they are on back order for 6 to 8 months due to Covid) and ordered it for us. When it arrived he found it was damaged and sent it back. He then called us to explore our options and let us know he could get a different brand that was available but more expensive. He honored our original agreed upon price and appointment day and time pending it arriving to them undamaged. The day before our appointment he called again to let us know it was a go. Tim and Jeremy arrived on time and were so polite, super informative every step of the way of what and why they were doing and after the install left no trace of being in the trailer. They also offered some extra wisdom about our trailer that nobody had mentioned before. I would never call another company and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment and parts it was so worth it. They are 5 stars in our book, very honest, reliable and communication was excellent. Les also helped us fix a leak by having us pick up a part at his store, and telling us how to fix it ourselves since they were booked out so far, and it worked out perfectly. We are truly grateful for Les and his service team. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I took my fifth wheel trailer to Action RV for assistance with water leakage and waste system issues. They were highly recommended to me by their competition (who could not accommodate my needs in a timely manner). Les, at Action scheduled me in and accommodated my schedule. The work they did was nothing short of excellent and they are absolutely delightful to work with. After exposing the problem situation(s) they invited me to observe both the cause of the problems I was having and some of the initial assembly and construction issues that had occurred in the factory. I was given the option to repair any and/or all of it. They use only the best materials and their highly experienced staff treated my rig as if it was their own. All RV's eventually need repair and I will be returning to Action RV even though I live south of Snohomish and will need to drive to Burlington. There is no substitute for quality work and an excellent customer experience. I will also recommend them to my friends.

I Stopped to troubleshoot RV fridge cooling problem. The owner stopped what they were doing to troubleshoot my issue. Determined the issue but wasn’t able to repair it immediately. We were on route to our next destination but we got a workaround to continue our trip on schedule.

From the beginning we were extremely impressed with Les and his professionalism and knowledge he has. He was thorough and completed all our requests in a timely manner for the middle of summer and needed our trailer back ASAP. He explained his work to us and showed us the issues we were having so that we could understand what we needed done. I can't complement Les and his crew enough for the professional work they did on my 2018 Pleasure-Way XLMB. They diagnosed and replaced a failed inverter in my rig. Not an easy job on this particular model. What impressed me the most is that Les kept me updated on the repair progress throughout the time he had it at his shop. He was honest and straightforward. Just told it like it was. I will trust them with my rig in the future. The RV industry doesn't necessarily have the best reputation, but Action RV is the exception. My rig was returned to me clean and the work was flawless.

We had a major water leak in our fifth wheel because a soft plastic hose that wasn't supposed to be installed (by the factory) as a pressurized water hose, bursted. The problem got diagnosed correctly, fixed quickly, and at a reasonable price. The owner, Les, is very friendly and helpful. He will get our business from now on.

These guys are fantastic! They bench tested my furnace for free and gave me all kinds of support on the phone. We collectively figured out the problem with my furnace control board and we came to a great solution. They fixed it! I was only charged for parts and the minimum man hour fee even though I got tons of phone support. The owner is a stand up guy!!! This company's customer service is amazing and I could tell by the way Les interacted with me that he really cared about my well being. His techs are super knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful.
